Beware Of Bad Neighbors
Ok so since I’ve found out that my site wasn’t listed in google anymore I did some research and evidently you can be removed for having a link to a someone else that is considered a bad neighbor by google. I think this might be the case as I did find a link that I sent to another site that was possibly not a good neighbor as it was the only site I could find that wasnt in the google index. Now I can’t say with certainty that this is the case but It definately doesn’t help. I did find out that you can go and request that google readd your site to their search results once you have fixed any issues you think you might have. I did read however that requesting doesnt necessarily mean you will get reinclued. Others I’ve been reading about that have had this problem have had mixed result when requesting to be added back to google.
In addition I’ve heard that you won’t receive any communications telling you why or why not you get reincluded. I guess google has their hands full keeping everything in check and just doen’t have time for the little guys. Either way I have sent in my request and will keep my fingers crossed. If you happen to be in the same situation you can request to be added back to the google searches here I’ll update you as soon as I notice any changes
