What did I do to deserve this.
Every now and then google gets a wild hair and the start deindexing websites. This site seems to have been caught up in their over zealous attempts at ridding the world of spam websites. I can only speculate to the reasons as I’m not overly familiar with google’s internal policies. My first thought was that the previous own was upset because he didnt renew his domain and I renewed the lease on it. I did some checking on the stats on my page and noticed quite a few entries from government offices. It would seem that the previous owner is some sort of politician and perhaps one of his fellow politicians submitted my site to google as spam. It would be just like a politician to stick there nose in where it doesnt belong. It just amazes me how some people can’t just leave well enought alone. Its not that I really care if my site can be found in google or not but it was kind of fun seeing what type of users were coming to my site from the search engines from time to time. Oh well we’ll chalk this one up as a learning lesson. I plan on keeping the site running and will post from time to time and hopefully you can find something interesting or amusing to pass time during your lunch hour.
